How values are still at an all time high<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of this banks are capitalizing on this within the foreclosure market making it next to impossible to purchase and renovate a property in a profitable way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2. Low Inventory<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This goes back to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/explore\/tags\/1\/\">#1<\/a> &#8211; banks are able to capitalize on higher home values because of the lack of inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.
